As the mobility week progressed, a wide range of educational activities was carried out, each offering new experiences and learning opportunities for the participants. In order to ensure that these activities could be shared with a broad audience on the project website, systematic documentation was required. For this purpose, students and teachers met once more at the school on Friday, the final working day of the mobility.
Working in mixed international groups, the participants summarized the events of the entire week in detail. The task involved not only reflecting on personal experiences and learning outcomes, but also preparing visual material to complement the written reports and enhance the project website. Although final reporting is not typically among the students’ preferred activities, the work was completed with a high level of commitment and quality.
The project week concluded with an official presentation of participation certificates, followed by a celebratory gathering. Music and a photo slideshow were provided by teachers from Jakob Fugger Gymnasium, while parents from the host families, together with their children, prepared a varied and generous buffet. This contribution created a warm and festive atmosphere and was greatly appreciated by all those present. The week came to a fitting close with words of thanks from the students to the Erasmus+ teaching team, marking the end of a successful and memorable mobility experience.
